    Target:<\/strong> Aiming at internationalization and industrialization to cultivate human resources for the semiconductor technology field, its research areas include semiconductor materials, solid state, electronic devices, system in package (SiP), IC design and heterogeneous system integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Training time:<\/strong> Master's (1 - 4 years), PhD (2 - 7 years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
